New Resources on Cardiometabolic Risk Management Available!
The Cardiometabolic Risk Management resource provides a structured way to screen and begin metabolic interventions for individuals with mental illness, according to Canadian guidelines. It also defines the roles of the mental health and primary care teams. (more…)

During this one-day event, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with world-renowned experts on managing weight gain, metabolic syndrome and diabetes in persons receiving early psychosis intervention (EPI).
EPION family work think tank results
In November 2014, EPION held a Think Tank about family work in early psychosis intervention programs. Participants were invited to join a mini-workshop on one of seven topics listed below. Using a world-café format, all participants were able to view the result of each workshop and add their own comments. (more…)

Two new print-friendly infographics about early psychosis intervention have been developed by EPION’s Community of Interest (CoI) working group.
EPION community of interest defines objectives
Members of the Ontario Working Group (OWG) for Early Psychosis Intervention met monthly from September to November, and will meet once more before year end. Two objectives were defined. (more…)
